The Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) sets out the detailed prudential requirements that apply to Wise Funds Limited (the “Firm”) in the MIFIDPRU chapter of the FCA Handbook. MIFIDPRU 8 sets out public disclosure rules. As at 31 December 2022 Wise is classified under MIFIDPRU as a small and non-interconnected firm (“SNI”), which means that it is required by MIFIDPRU 8 to disclose information regarding its remuneration policy and practices.
